Renée Veldman-Tentori

Intercultural communication brings a number of challenges and this session will highlight some tips when communicating with those who are non-native Dutch speakers in the Netherlands and beyond.  Renée is a dual national Dutch-Australian who has now settled in The Hague.  She teaches in the English-language programmes at The Hague University of Applied Sciences in the International Business Bachelor’s programme and the Master of International Communication Managment.   She speaks Dutch but this session will be in English.  This interactive lecture and Q&A session will focus on inclusivity, ensuring that you understand and consider the needs of those you wish to communicate with who may not yet speak Dutch at all, or may still be learning Dutch.
